Refund policy

Prints can be returned within 7 days after purchase, provided the items are in original, undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Shipping reimbursement for damaged or incorrect prints will be issued after product has been returned.

Original artwork can be returned within 7 days, undamaged in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs and must use the same shipping method and carrier that was used for initial delivery.

If a print or original arrives damaged, replacements and refunds are provided for prints and refunds or store credit are provided for original art. Notification and photo proof should be prompt, soon after delivery.

Custom items, such as pet portraits, family member portraits, custom size prints or any commissioned artwork not already listed on the website are non-refundable.
